SYTRINOL

Heart health is a major area of concern as we age. The two most common contributors to heart problems are high cholesterol and high blood pressure. Cholesterol is synthesized in our body by the liver, and found in animal foods-meats and dairy products. Cholesterol is thought to be the major contributor to atherosclerosis, the process by which cholesterol is deposited in artery walls. These cholesterol deposits harden arteries and narrow their interior diameter, limiting the blood supply and oxygen to the heart muscle, and hence leading to angina, and increasing the risk of heart attacks. Lowering cholesterol helps prevent atherosclerosis and associated diseases.

Sytrinol™ is a patented formulation comprising both polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs) and tocotrienols [U.S. Patents: # 6,239,114 and # 6,251,400] that affect the endogenous (within the body) synthesis of cholesterol. This synergistic combination derived from citrus and palm fruit extracts helps the body to maintain HDL- and LDL-cholesterol, and triglyceride in the normal and healthy range.
