SGTI® is proud to offer a seven-line, 1 billion capsule a year capacity. Our seven fully independent manufacturing lines allow SGTI® to fulfill a wide variety of custom formulation needs.

The gel used for our soft gels is made of gelatin, glycerin, and Deionized (D.I.) water (plus colorant as per request). As part of SGTI's commitment to quality, our D.I. water is stored in sterile water cylinder tanks containing microfilters.

Our highly trained quality assurance associates use microscopes and precision scales to inspect product samples to ensure consistency of elements such as seam thickness and fill weight. These factors are part of a comprehensive survey which also yields readings on disintegration tests and acceptable quality levels.
